Rubber profiles are continuous extruded shapes used for sealing, edge protection, and vibration isolation. They are manufactured in standard and custom geometries using in-house tooling and controlled extrusion processes. Profiles can be supplied straight, coiled, or joined to suit application requirements.

TYPES (RUBBER PROFILES)

D-Shape Profile

D-shaped rubber profiles feature a rounded sealing bulb with a flat base. They are commonly used for compression sealing and cushioning applications. The profile provides consistent sealing under repeated compression.

U-Shape Profile

U-profiles are designed to fit over edges or panels for protection and sealing. They are used where easy installation and edge grip are required. These profiles are widely applied in doors, frames, and panels.

P-Shape Profile

P-profiles include a bulb section attached to a mounting base. They are used for compression sealing where controlled deformation is required. The profile maintains sealing contact under varying closing forces.

E-Shape Profile

E-profiles feature multiple flexible fins for progressive sealing. They are used where uneven surfaces or vibration isolation is present. The design allows multiple contact points during compression.

H-Shape Profile

H-profiles are designed to join or separate two panels. They provide mechanical retention and sealing between mating surfaces. These profiles are commonly used in partition and glazing applications.

SOLID Profile

Solid rubber profiles are extruded as round, square, or rectangular sections. They are used for spacing, support, and high-load applications. The profiles offer strength, durability, and ease of cutting to length.

MISCELLANEOUS / CUSTOM Profile

Custom rubber profiles are developed for application-specific requirements. Complex geometries are extruded using in-house dies and tooling. Profiles can include adhesive backing, dual materials, or special finishes.
