Sponge Profile

Sponge profiles are extruded in continuous lengths with controlled cell structure. They are used for sealing, cushioning, and insulation applications. The compressible nature allows effective sealing at low contact pressure.

Sponge Rubber Strips

Sponge rubber strips are flat or shaped extrusions with uniform thickness. They are commonly used for lining, sealing, and vibration isolation. The profile provides consistent compression along the sealing surface.

Sponge Rubber Cord

Sponge rubber cords are round extruded profiles with high flexibility. They are used where conformability and easy installation are required. These cords adapt well to irregular gaps and surfaces.

Spliced/ Vulcanized Sponge

Sponge extrusions can be spliced and vulcanized to form endless gaskets. The vulcanized joint provides continuity and durability. This option is used where seamless sealing is required.

Custom Sponge Extrusions

Custom sponge profiles are developed for application-specific requirements. Profiles can be produced in different densities and shapes. Special features can be incorporated using in-house tooling.
