Standard Rubber Strips
Standard rubber strips are extruded with uniform thickness and width. They are used for general sealing, spacing, and protective applications. The simple profile allows easy installation and handling.

Adhesive - Backed Rubber Strips
Adhesive-backed rubber strips are supplied with pressure-sensitive adhesive. They simplify installation where mechanical fixing is not preferred. These strips are commonly used for quick sealing and lining applications.

Vulcanized/ Joined Rubber Strips
Rubber strips can be spliced and vulcanized to form continuous lengths or frames. The joined areas provide strong, durable bonds without adhesive joints. This option is used where seamless sealing is required.

Custom Rubber Strips
Custom rubber strips are extruded to application-specific widths and thicknesses. Profiles can be developed using in-house tooling to meet functional requirements. Special features such as slots or surface textures can be incorporated.

NOTE:The above seal profile type 4 are standard sizes available with us. However seal dimensions can be customized as per client specification, if required.The inflation gaps and AIV options are recommended by us. They can be customized as per client specifications. Seals can be fabricated in materials like Silicone, EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile, Natural Rubber, Viton etc..
